Role Overview:
The role involves gathering real estate, financial, and performance-related data to support regular and ad hoc reporting for the Client. Responsibilities include analyzing data, producing reports, ensuring report governance and compliance, and supporting key business decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Savings Performance and Annual Savings Targets:
- Compile and analyze monthly global savings data
- Prepare reports and presentations for client review
- Set and track annual savings targets, including coordinating and leading client meetings
Monthly P&L Reporting:
- Collect, process, and summarize monthly financial data
- Provide Risk & Opportunities assessments upon request
- Support variance analysis and commentary
Monthly Billing Process:
- Coordinate data collection and client validation to ensure compliance
- Upload validated data to Salesforce
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
Tax Register:
- Coordinate data collection from global stakeholders
- Prepare reports with commentary on top variances to budget
IAS37 (Provisions, Contingent Liabilities and Contingent Assets):
- Track additions and deletions to client provisions and update values as required
- Classify provisions by recognition type
Client Expenses Budget Preparation (Europe, Americas, and UK Fees):
- Support annual budget preparation process
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders for data accuracy
Other Reporting Activities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions for reporting processes
- Enhance existing reports for improved efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate data collection, perform logical checks, clarify queries, and manage report preparation and distribution
- Support performance delivery evaluation through data analysis and visualization
Additional Support:
- Collaborate with Account Operations Specialist and Global Operations Director to identify process improvement opportunities
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested
