Finance & Supply Chain Director

Finance & Supply Chain Director | 15 month FTC | Beauty FMCG | London | Hybrid | £110,000 - £125,000 JasperRose are happy to be working with an iconic beauty FMCG who are seeking a senior finance professional to join their team as a maternity cover. This is an exciting role which will support the UK& Ireland business at a time of great growth. Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director and working closely with the MD for the UK&Ireland, you will be a key member of the leadership team. The role:

• You will be looking at strategic and tactical commercial strategies, reporting clear and accurate reporting, owning the operational delivery of supply chain and leading a small team of 5.
• Managing a team of 5 over two departments
• Responsible for the P&L and cashflow responsibility for the UK & Ireland business
• Provide accurate financial information, reporting and analysis to develop insights, trends and opportunities
• Ownership of the 3-5 year strategic plan for the business
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders
• End to end responsibility for demand planning and delivery for the supply chain

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 5 years post qualification experience
• Prior experience working within a FMCG business with exposure to supply chain
• Prior experience of commercial finance at a senior level
• Experienced manager
