About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fieldwork Specialist to join our team in Poland. This role plays a critical part in supporting fieldwork operations, ensuring the smooth execution of research activities and data collection processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality fieldwork support across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support fieldwork activities across assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor fieldwork progress and resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to fieldwork execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fieldwork function.

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Management or equivalent.
  • Preferable 1-2 years of experience in market research, fieldwork coordination, or project management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., CAPI, CAWI)
  • Fluent in Polish and good command of English (B2 level+).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł75,400.00 - zł140,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
