Key responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Biotage instruments and systems.
Deliver user training and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Provide prompt and effective technical support to maximize customer satisfaction.
Take proactive ownership of service activities and resolve customer issues effectively.
Support the expansion of service contract coverage by promoting value-added services.
Represent Biotage professionally promoting our products and instruments.
Collaborate with regional teams to support service excellence.
What we are looking for
Diploma or BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering.
Experienced within the service industry.
Adaptable to new technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
