As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide value-added services to Honeywell customers.
- Ability to schedule and plan periodic maintenance service to contract customer base on service contract requirement.
- Lead a team of technicians to perform the periodic maintenance service and attend to customer’s spot call.
- Maintain and establish a good working relationship with the customer.
- To do project management for alteration, additions or retrofit works on service site.
- Propose small work quotation for customer and carried out the proposed work on acceptance.
- Support sales on technical requirement of maintenance or retrofit sites, and including basic costing of job.
- Assist project manager on big scale project to execute the project smoothly, on-time and on budget.
- Adhered strictly to the Honeywell HSE policy and requirements.

Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of work-related project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field preferred, with project and logical knowledge in ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic
- Related work experience and relevant knowledge of BMS, FAS, CCTV and Security systems will be considered
- Building Safety Supervisor Certification (preferred)
- SCEM (preferred)
