Service Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing a range of printing and packaging machines. This role requires strong technical skills in electrical and electronic systems along with good customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission flexo/offset machines.
• Diagnose and fix electrical and electronic control issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide technical support, operator training, and service documentation.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely, quality service.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of servo drives, sensors, PLCs, and schematic reading.
• Understanding of UV curing, tension control, and web-handling systems will be appreciated.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Experience:

• 1-6 years of Experience with Rotatek or similar printing machines preferred.
• Experience in servicing offset printing machines will be preferred.

Location:

Positions are available in Mumbai, Nashik, Ahmedabad, and Noida.

Travel Requirements:

Candidate should be willing to travel frequently.
