Your Role
- Installation and Maintenance of all the hardware systems marketed by Process Solutions division in Indian subcontinent.
- Primary area of coverage – Pune, Maharashtra
- Secondary area of coverage - Rest of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
- Installation of Semi-automated and fully automated process equipment like Single Use Bioreactor, Single and Multiuse chromatography systems/TFF/NFF systems, Integrity testers etc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, sales and sales support teams to meet customer expectations regarding service deliverables.
- On time delivery of services: To ensure service delivery timelines and commitments to our customer are met.
- Compliance: Ensure all the service support activities are performed aligning with internal policies and processes and that there are no deviations in the same.
- Utilize Software tools: Effectively use tools like “Service Max”, “SFDC”, “Office 365”, “Outlook” for all service support tasks and reporting.
- Promote Field Service business: Promote products and services, as may be applicable, for generation of additional business for Company.
- Reporting: Ensure all reports related to service support activities is documented, maintained, and reported as per requirement.
Who you are
- Educational Qualification: BE Instrumentation/Electronics/Biotechnology
- Experience on handling Installation, qualification, and maintenance of hardware systems in pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industry.
- Candidates with relevant experience in electrical and automation systems would get preference.
- Preferred industry experience – 4 years +
