Job Description:
- We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell Lenskart spectacles. As a Sales Executive, you'll:
- Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
- Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
- Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
- Carry a 18- 20 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
- Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions
Compensation Package:
- Variable compensation based on sales performance
- Travel allowances Rs -3 per Km
- Salary - 20,400 ( Take home )
Training:
- 30-days comprehensive job training at Lenskart Plant (Bhiwadi)
- Support and product training
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma holder or 12 pass
- Must own a bike (two-wheeler) and must possess a valid driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry equipment
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
