What You Will Do:

Reporting to our Marketing Director Europe you will:

  • Drive demand generation through a multi-touch digital and event program.

  • Source “outside the box” venue locations and negotiate vendor contracts, creating kick-ass events.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive interest and attendance for Insider One events across Europe.

  • Create nuanced and engaging post-event campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Provide post-event evaluation, reporting and analysis.

  • Build strong communication with vendors, employees and superiors associated with event planning and execution.

  • Coordinate with internal and external business partners in event planning and executing.

  • Audit market research to find best practices, resources and opportunities to organise events.

  • For events that will be organized by the company, coordinating all the processes regarding venue, print, promotion materials; speakers; handling contracts and payments and most crucially team management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS business.
  • Excellent event planning and execution skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong creative problem solving skills.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Experience with webinar tools is a plus.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, an inquisitive mind and a thirst for excitement.
  • Fluency in English and French, Spanish / German is a plus.
