Federal Client Relationship Marketing Associate Manager for Social
We’re hiring a Client Relationship Marketing (CRM) Associate Manager to enhance our client-focused programs with focused social media initiatives.
This CRM Associate Manager designs and develops social media marketing strategies as well as creates and curates social content and experiences for key client relationship marketing priorities at the right time and place to deliver the greatest impact. The role uses data and analysis to bring together the best of Accenture Federal Services, Accenture, and ecosystem and industry partners into high-touch, tailored effort to increase social engagement.
The Work
- Develop a social content and engagement strategy for key leaders—such as subject matter experts, industry luminaries, and client account leaders—aligned to strategic client relationship priorities.
- Create social content aligned to SME profiles within key client accounts that translate capability and product expertise and industry and domain experience into audience- and buyer-relevant narratives
- Curate and create social-first insights, and thought leadership- and program-specific messaging and content to strengthen client awareness and engagement
- Assess content and news from across the global Accenture community and curate the most relevant to share or tailor for key client relationships and CRM stakeholders
- Communicate and orchestrate CRM social programs and initiatives with the federal-focused CRM team, other key business stakeholders, as well as other close collaborators including Marketing + Communications to ensure smooth coordination and execution
- Develop client-aligned corporate social moments and partner with our Social Lead and other Marketing + Communications colleagues on social initiatives
- Contribute to the development of social tools, training, and campaign integrations
What you need
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in professional services or other B2B or B2G organization (or similar in military or civilian)
- Bachelor’s degree
Bonus if you have
- Federal marketing experience across a range of activities and channels such as account-based marketing, local client and industry event activations, social & digital experience
- Campaign or project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and convey ideas clearly at all levels
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organization
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
