Responsibilities

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving multi-specialty clinic in Carol Stream, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that values whole-person care and clinical excellence.

Well established community practice
1:4 call
Patient friendly hours include: 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday morning per month
Other specialty practices on site
Lab and Xray on site
PTO and CME
Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
Annual Salary: $220K-280K

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
Board Certified/Eligible, required
