About the role:
- Housekeeping and Cleaning: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including offices, common areas, and amenities.
- Waste Management: Manage waste disposal, recycling, and composting.
- Pest Control: Coordinate pest control services to prevent infestations.
- Facility Maintenance: Report maintenance issues and coordinate with vendor for repairs.
- Knowledge of facilities related to chemicals and MSDS.
