Facility and Mechanical Project Manager
Develop project scope, timelines, and budgets, and manage project execution from initiation to closure. Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within allocated funds. Work with various teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal staff, to ensure seamless project execution. Negotiate contracts, manage contractor performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ensure Service Providers are maintaining the building and equipment according to the contracts and scope of work. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, prepare status reports, and manage documentation related to project progress. Keep track of all reports from Service Providers for reporting to Landlord and regulatory bodies. Perform hands-on work as needed to complete small projects, including drywall repair, patching and painting, plumbing repairs, furniture relocations and repairs, small installations, and general labor tasks. Creating and/or modifying scope of works as needed to cover any changes in services required by the management team and/or Landlord/ regulatory bodies. Ensure project quality, conduct inspections and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budget. Evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
