We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team, focusing on the transition of facilities management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and excellent transition management skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the transition of facilities management services from one provider or individual to another.
  • Develop and implement effective transition plans to ensure seamless handover of services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the transition period.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on transition performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
