Expert - AFR
Key Capabilities：
- Arrange cargo delivery and customs declaration according to customer order, SOP and shipping requests with relevant departments.
- Track the status of cargo transportation, confirm the arrival time of goods in a timely manner, address issues such as partial damage, and send arrival notifications according to standard procedures.
- Arrange for the pickup/delivery of goods after customs clearance, coordinating resources such as warehouses and transport teams to ensure timely delivery to the designated location.
- Keep good communication with customers, Coordinate with various departments to resolve exceptions and provide solutions to customers.
- Complete cost and revenue accurately and in time, have a good sense of cost control and revenue increase.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all data and meet KPI requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Competencies:
- College degree or above, logistics or international trade related major is preferred.
- CET-4 or above, good command of English, be able to independently communicate smoothly.
- At least 2 years working experience in Air Freight import operation.
- Familiar with office software as excel& word, familiar with CW1 system is preferred.
- Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, careful and patient, good communication and pressure tolerance.
Working Time：12:00-21:00
