Executive Virtual Assistant (Accounting, Travel & Admin Support)

Job Description: We are seeking a resourceful and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support a software consultant with both business operations and personal administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can handle light bookkeeping, coordinate travel, manage calendars, and assist with various operational responsibilities across both personal and professional domains. Key Responsibilities: Business Support Run payroll and health insurance processes (with support or by sourcing providers) Organize and consolidate financial statements; assist with light accounting tasks Source service providers when needed (e.g., for accounting or insurance) Personal Support Plan domestic and international travel (including visa appointments, itinerary prep) Keep calendar clean and updated Organize and manage personal paperwork and records Communication & Coordination Use email and spreadsheets to manage information Communicate via WhatsApp, Slack, or preferred messaging app Operate independently and follow through with minimal supervision Must-Have Qualifications: 3 to 5 years experience as an EA Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn Experience in payroll, insurance, or accounting support (even at light level) Experience planning and booking travel (including visas and international travel) Excellent written and spoken English Resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-managing Comfortable using client-provided email and handling sensitive information under NDA
