Sales & Dealer Support
Act as the first point of contact for dealers for order-related coordination.
Assist the sales team in daily sales operations, follow-ups, and documentation.
Coordinate with dealers for order confirmation, drawings approval, and payment status.
Support lead tracking and conversion follow-ups as assigned.
Order Processing & Coordination
Ensure timely entry of orders in ERP/CRM systems with complete and accurate details.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams for order execution.
Track order status from booking to dispatch and installation.
Share regular order status updates with sales teams and dealers.
Installation & Service Coordination
Coordinate installation schedules with operations and site teams.
Ensure readiness of site before installation and closure of post-installation issues.
Support resolution of customer complaints in coordination with service teams.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on orders, dispatches, installations, and pending cases.
Maintain accurate records of sales documents, approvals, and communications.
Support the sales manager with data for reviews and planning.
