- Managing end to end talent acquisition process from Requisition to offer acceptance within specified TAT ensuring high engagement of candidates
- Sourcing CVs from job portals, referencing, networking matching with the required criteria
- Interview scheduling and ensuring necessary documentation is complete
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Effective candidate management by timely updates and feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment strategies and workflows
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate
- Promote the company as a great place to work.
- Coordination and relationship management with universities for campus hiring and industrial visits
- Realtime updation of recruitment tracker. Sharing with management team at frequent intervals.
Joining & Induction
- Ensure all pre-joining touchpoints are completed before Day 1: Joining documentation, medical checkup, background verification, welcome email and kit, IT assets
- Coordinating with Training Responsible personnel to for new joinee induction training
- Coordination for background verification, bank account opening
Exit Formalities
- Coordinating & conducting exit documentation
- Get clearance from IT, Admin, Finance, HR, and Department Head.
- Coordinate for assets submission
Documentation
- Maintaining employee data in HRIS & excel
- Maintaining the up-to-date new joinee Personnel files and digital copies on server
- Ensure all personnel files are audit-ready at any time with secured storage
Other Responsibilities

- Verifying candidate expenses for HR head approval
- Preparation and processing of offer letters
- Assist & contribute to various India & Global HR projects
- Taking care of Annual Health Checkup for current employees.
- Sending Birthday Mailers, anniversary emails to employees
- Coordinating with reporting managers for work anniversaries
- End to end management of employee helpdesk
- Research activities as required
- Follow the policies and process as per ISO compliance and maintain up to date documentation
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Assist in Employee Helpdesk ticket management
Qualifications:

- Education Any Graduate Skills- Interpersonal skills, detail oriented, ability to connect with all levels, aggressive follow up, knowledge about employee life cycle, Labour Laws knowledge
- Experience- 3 - 6 years in Employee Lifecycle Management & Generalist activities
- Strong hold on various hiring techniques and job boards
- Excellent coordination and follow up skills
