Executive Chef
As Executive Chef, you will be the creative and operational leader of our kitchen. You’ll oversee all culinary areas including BODA Restaurant, room service, and conference/events catering, driving innovation, consistency, and an exceptional dining standard across the hotel.
You’ll bring passion, leadership, and a commitment to excellence — setting the tone for a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Provide strong leadership for the kitchen team, cultivating a culture of learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee menu design and execution, showcasing inventive dishes that champion local ingredients and modern techniques.
- Stay ahead of food trends and guest preferences, enhancing the culinary experience at BODA.
- Manage daily kitchen operations across all hotel outlets.
- Control food costs and labour expenses within budget guidelines.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and equipment management.
- Uphold the highest hygiene and food safety standards, including HACCP compliance.
- Ensure safe working practices and lead by example in all Health & Safety matters.
- Work closely with F&B leaders, Conference & Events, and hotel management to create seamless guest experiences.
- Support positive communication across departments to enable smooth service delivery

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a high‑volume, quality-driven environment.
- Strong background in contemporary cuisine — experience with Asian/Korean flavours a strong advantage.
- A confident leader who can coach, mentor, and build a strong kitchen team.
- Exceptional organisational, financial, and operational management skills.
- A creative thinker who thrives on innovation and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7‑day roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
