Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Your Role: As an Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing distribution warehouse activities related to distribution operations. You will ensure compliance with global policies, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. This role plays a critical part in managing distribution-related day to day warehouse operations, system records, and driving continuous improvement at the distribution center.
- Review distribution-related customer complaints and ensure timely closure in compliance with regulatory expectations.
- Manage daily inbound activities for all inbound shipments and stock accounting.
- To complete shipping of all available deliveries within stipulated time frame
- To manage inbound shipment (put away)
- To involve in various storage and shipping related projects as and when required by business.
- To actively participate in various process improvement initiatives like Quality, 6S, OpEx etc.
- To involve in cycle count activities as per arranged schedule
- Involve in continuous improvement activities and projects
- Ensure entire inventory is covered once a year.
- To publish cycle count reconciliation reports on a monthly basis and meet targeted accuracy
Who you are:
- Exp: 7 Years to 10 Years
- Education: Degree
- Location: Jigani, Bangalore
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., warehouse operations.
