About the Role Family Resource Home Care is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Executive Assistant to directly support Hector, the CEO. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and brings a positive and solution-oriented attitude to their work. More than industry experience, we value strong soft skills, professionalism, and a friendly, adaptable personality. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) Occasionally flexible hours, including potential weekend availability Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support directly to the CEO Manage travel arrangements and itineraries Prepare, organize, and track expense reports Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient time management Support backend administrative operations and ongoing business needs Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners Handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
