Job Description:
- Administration of Secretarial & Legal Function
- Maintaining records, files and databases for Secretarial & Legal Functions
- Preparing and uploading various forms and returns under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Coordinating for XBRL conversion of financial statements.
- Updating statutory records under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Assisting with Board / General Meeting Agenda & Minutes.
- Assisting in drafting and renewal of various contracts & agreements.
- Assistance in legal correspondence.
- Maintain files and database for compliance documents.
- Assist in review of compliance documents.
- Coordinating with trade mark attorneys.
- Conduct online trade mark search.
- Assist Company Secretary in all functional matters.
- Day to day administration of the legal & secretarial department.
- Maintain files, records, correspondence and database.
- Inter departmental coordination
- Assisting Company Secretary, Head of Legal & Compliance in Company Secretarial, Legal, Compliance, IP work and other work
Skills & Expertise:
- ACS (Associate / Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi)
- LLB
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a MNC environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Prior Pharma experience with strong understanding of Drug & Cosmetic Act & DPCO would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
