EWM Key user

Qualifications Engineering background Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, picking, inventory) Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (user or key user level) Understanding of logistics and material flow Basic SAP master data and process configuration awareness Problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills (business ↔ IT) Ability to train and support end users Responsibilities Act as link between warehouse, operations and IT Provide first-level support to users Ensure correct SAP EWM process usage Maintain and monitor master data stock accuracy Test system changes and support go-live Train users and create work instructions Identify and drive process improvements
