Plans and manages allocated supply chain resources and demand processes to ensure the business meets agreed customer service targets at minimal operating cost and optimum stock levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage raw material inventory levels, including safety stock and reorder points, to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Utilize SAP and MRP systems to plan, schedule, and optimize raw material supply and demand.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of raw materials.
  • Partner with Production and Planning teams to align material availability with production schedules.
  • Monitor and resolve raw material shortages, delays, and quality-related deviations.
  • Lead monthly S&OP activities, including capacity planning and supply alignment.
  • Develop, track, and improve supply chain KPIs to drive operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate raw material re-evaluation processes with labs and quality teams.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental standards, including proper documentation and reporting practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or materials management.
  • Strong experience with SAP, MRP, or similar planning systems.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and demand planning.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
