• Join an experienced, progressive, well-respected primary care team (2 MD’s, 3 NP) with full diagnostic and therapeutic support services, including pharmacy, infusion services, and rehabilitative services for adult and pediatric patients

• Mentoring provided to new physicians

• ZERO Call!  In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model.  All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.

• Hibbing is known for its scenic lakes, and forests, as well as a rich and diverse history.
