Build and validate predictive and behavioral models using techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting to support strategic decision-making; Design and deploy customer-facing AI solutions using Python, object-oriented programming, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and data processing frameworks like DataBricks, PySpark, SQL; Apply statistical analysis, feature engineering, creating embedding models, and unsupervised learning to identify patterns and trends in structured and unstructured datasets using tools like SQL, Pandas, and Scikit-learn; Support design and management of pilot projects and proofs-of-concept, establishing success metrics and guiding teams through iterative testing and evaluation cycles; Work with engineers, researchers, and product managers to define early-stage use cases, document technical requirements, and prototype solutions using Jupyter notebooks or low-code platform; Oversee data ingestion pipelines, ensure schema consistency, and implement validation checks using ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt) and data quality frameworks; Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to track project status and share insights with technical and non-technical audiences; Stay informed on advancements in AI, ML, and data engineering by attending conferences, reading academic papers, and experimenting with new tools and frameworks. Experience technical experience in product, innovation, or program management role; Experience providing technical leadership on a project Experience with data and using data in digital solutions to meaningfully collaborate with technical experts; Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously; Highly motivated to work in a complex environment and demystifying emerging technology concepts for others. Experience in current and emerging AI practices (especially GenAI); Experience in early-stage product, R&D, innovation, or research organization roles is a plus.
