ERP-SAP Manager

Main Responsibilities : As an ERP-SAP Manager, you will play a key role in the deployment, administration, and continuous improvement of the ERP system within the mLNG industrial site, ensuring alignment between business needs and the SAP solution implemented. Your responsibilities include: Supporting the SAP integrator in ERP deployment and participating in design and configuration workshops for the PM (Plant Maintenance) and PP (Production Planning) modules; Ensuring alignment between operational needs (operations, maintenance, production) and the deployed SAP solution; Administering and managing the PM/PP modules: maintenance orders, preventive plans, production planning, process flow optimization; Setting up and monitoring performance reporting (KPIs: OEE, MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability, production yield); Training and supporting operational teams (production and maintenance) in daily SAP usage; Acting as PMO for the governance and evolution of SAP modules; Serving as the interface between business teams (plant) and IT/Integrator for all system developments. Technical Skills : Strong expertise in SAP PM/PP modules within an industrial environment; Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and production planning; Project management (PMO) and cross-functional coordination skills; Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and pedagogical sense; Excellent communication skills with the ability to support field teams. Profile : Engineering degree or Master’s from a leading school in industrial information systems, with a specialization in SAP PM/PP; Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP ERP deployment and management within an industrial environment (ideally oil gas, LNG, energy, or continuous process industries). Position based in Tendrara (Oriental region, near Oujda), requiring openness to geographical mobility.
