SuccessFactors Consultant Performance & Goals (m/f/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Implementation of new systems – You will deploy and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules according to client needs and your area of specialization.
- Close collaboration with customers
- Solution design and architecture
- Knowledge of best practices within the relevant modules
- Ensuring integration of SuccessFactors with other modules and systems.
- Leading workshops with customers to gather requirements and jointly design solutions. After deployment, you will be responsible for training users (HR department/key users) so they know the new platform well and can use it effectively.
- Support and continuous improvement – Providing customer support, system monitoring, and maintenance. Implementing the latest functionalities and updates within SuccessFactors.
Dein Profil
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing or managing SAP SuccessFactors in your area of specialization.
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors certifications for the relevant modules and implementation experience are essential.
- Solid understanding of processes within your specialization and ability to bridge HR needs with system capabilities (i.e., you speak both “HR language” and “IT language”).
- Communication and consulting skills – Ability to lead workshops, listen to clients, and formulate clear solutions
- Excellent English (daily communication in an international environment) is a must.
- Knowledge of German is big plus.
- You don’t need to be a programmer, but you should understand technical contexts and be able to specify requirements for IT specialists. A strong willingness to learn new topics is important.
