Advising our customers on the technical and functional further development of SAP SuccessFactors
Independent implementation of customer-specific configurations and execution
Providing support and advice on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into existing process and system landscapes for our customers
Analyzing, advising, conceptualizing, and implementing applications for defined HR business processes
Fixing errors in tools and processes as well as implementing new change requests

Several years of experience in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors applications
At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Onboarding, Workzone
Willingness to learn, independence, and a strong team spirit strong communication skills
Excellent English language skills
