Entry Level Safety Coordinator, CA

Safety Worxs is seeking a motivated Construction Safety Professional to support field safety operations on a large-scale heavy civil project. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in construction safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification
• Support enforcement of OSHA safety standards and site-specific requirements
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Assist with incident reporting and documentation
• Monitor work activities to ensure safe work practices are followed
• Support safety documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
• Work closely with safety leadership and field teams to promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of construction safety experience
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Interest in heavy civil construction safety
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in an active construction environment

• Local to central California
