Why this role exists

RnD Ventures is a venture studio dedicated to CollabTech—AI-native, Web3-enabled tools that make work more human and high-leverage. As an EiR you’ll spend up to 6 months turning a promising opportunity (yours or ours) into a venture ready for MVP funding. You tap the studio’s research, talent pool and investor network; we tap your founder drive and domain insight

What you’ll do

Validate a problem & market — rapid interviews, experiments and landing-page sells.
Craft the venture thesis — crystallise unique insight, solution concept and GTM.
Recruit early talent & co-founders from our Swarm and your network.
Pitch to the Investment Committee; on graduation receive $50k pre-seed plus hands-on support for 12 months.
Contribute to guild discussions (product, growth, token-econ) and pay forward lessons learned.

What we provide

Stipend · $2.5 k/mo (cover basics while you validate).

Shared resources: growth sprints, UX design, legal, smart-contract dev.
Cross-venture equity upside and 70 % target ownership for the founding team.
