Enterprise Directory Services Analyst

Malvern, PA April 17, 2026 Full Time Workday

Core Responsibilities

1. Assists with the design, build, and deployment of identity and access management technological capabilities for directory services technology (such as Active Directory, Entra, Ping, etc) that are compliant with enterprise security standards and integrated with enterprise access administration infrastructure. Assists with needs assessments to capture availability of technology, infrastructure support, administrative needs and ensures alignment to organizational objectives and vision.

2. Provides advanced support for issues related to technology, platforms, environments or access administration. Applies knowledge of risk ranking of the various technology platforms and environments when resolving issues.

3. Designs and develops technical documentation for security administration software, platform and environment security access. Actively participates in the development of tools to automate access management services and to implement access and security policies and standards. Initiates, designs and develops the documentation required to support application onboarding.

4. Solves complex technical problems that have resulted in multiple incidents within operations to understand root cause and resolve the issues Assists team and managers in devising solutions to resolve issues proactively.

5. Identifies and recommends opportunities for continuous improvement. Supports the implementation of changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum three years related work experience. Experience with information security, network administration or IT preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Experience with directory services technology (such as Active Directory, Entra, Ping, etc.)  and knowledge of Identity concepts preferred
