Enterprise Data Architecture Consultant

The Assignment 

Dataleaps is looking for a ZZP Contractor Consultant to support one of our key clients — one of the largest telecom companies in the Netherlands — in shaping and accelerating a data-driven transformation. 

This role is hybrid, requiring you to work 2 to 3 times per week onsite at the client’s office. 

Key Role Elements (Core Focus Areas) 

• Translate business strategy into principles, roadmaps, and executable architecture actions 

• Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate architecture vision clearly to business and technology leaders 

• Provide enterprise architecture leadership, aligning strategic initiatives with transformation goals 

• Design architectures that enable digital value creation, including readiness for GenAI technologies 

• Accelerate a data-centric, composable company transition using principles of: 

• Data Mesh 

• AI Enablement 

• Decision Intelligence 

• Embed and guide data governance & management processes (PPOGAT), including: 

• Accountability 

• Metadata management 

• Data lifecycle alignment 

• Data product and data application definitions 

• Automated “Computational Governance”
