What will you contribute? As part of the Architecture & Standards team in Finastra’s AI COE, the Enterprise Architect provides the technical blueprints and standards necessary to keep the AI initiatives stable. This role also serves as a shared resource for the Flow engineering team, leading architecture design for the Flow services engineering pods. Responsibilities & Deliverables Your deliverables as an Enterprise Architect will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide architectural strategies and roadmaps for AI initiatives • Create comprehensive technical blueprints and reference architectures that ensure stability and scalability of AI solutions • Lead architecture design efforts for flow services engineering pods, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards • Establish and govern architectural principles, standards, and guidelines across AI COE and flow engineering teams • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration • Conduct architectural assessments and provide recommendations for technology selection and implementation approaches • Design integration patterns and frameworks that enable seamless connectivity between AI systems and enterprise platforms • Balance architectural needs across AI COE initiatives and flow engineering requirements • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to multiple delivery teams simultaneously • Document enterprise architecture artifacts including models, patterns, standards, and decision records • Identify opportunities for architectural optimization, reuse, and standardization across the organization • Ensure architectural solutions address non-functional requirements including performance, security, and resilience Required Skills & Experience • Proven ability to design and implement architecture solutions across multiple teams and initiatives • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and distributed systems • Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and modern architectural frameworks • Experience leading architecture design for engineering teams and delivery pods • Expertise in establishing and governing enterprise-wide technical standards and best practices • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across organizational boundaries • Demonstrated capability to balance competing priorities and architectural requirements across multiple initiatives • Excellent documentation skills with experience creating architectural artifacts and decision frameworks • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with focus on scalable, maintainable solutions • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code • Ability to mentor and guide technical teams on architectural principles and implementation approaches
