Enterprise AI with SAP (BTP) Solutions Architect

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a senior SAP BTP & Enterprise AI Solutions Architect who combines deep SAP functional expertise (O2C, S2P, pricing, logistics) with hands-on BTP architecture experience to design and implement AI-driven automation within ERP processes.

This role will embed AI directly into SAP workflows to automate, enhance, and optimize business transactions — not as standalone AI tools, but as fully integrated enterprise solutions.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

     1. AI Integration into SAP Workflows

• Embed AI/LLM capabilities into ERP processes.
• Integrate GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SAP AI Core) into SAP transactions.
• Implement: Document extraction, Intent recognition, Data validation logic, Automated transaction creation etc.
• Manage AI lifecycle, monitoring, and feedback loops.

     2. SAP Process Ownership (Business-Integrated)

• Deeply understand SAP functional areas such as: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Pricing & Billing, Customer Master & Material Master
• Identify high-value automation opportunities within SAP transactions.
• Translate business process pain points into AI-enabled SAP solutions.
• Ensure AI automation respects SAP configuration, business rules, and compliance.

     3. SAP BTP Architecture & Development

• Architect and build AI-enabled extensions on SAP BTP.
• Design integrations using: SAP Integration Suite, SAP Event Mesh, SAP HANA Cloud, BTP AI Core
• Develop cloud-native, event-driven SAP extensions.
• Apply CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model and microservices principles.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

      4. Enterprise Governance & Scalability

• Ensure architecture aligns with Bosch enterprise standards.
• Define security, compliance, and auditability controls.
• Establish reusable AI integration patterns for SAP.
• Lead cross-functional teams (functional, AI, integration, security).

👤 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

   1. AI & Automation Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) into Enterprise/SAP applications.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, AI lifecycle management, and embedding AI into business workflows.
• Data & AI Strategy Leadership - Proven experience in shaping and delivering data and AI strategies aligned to business priorities.

     2. SAP Functional Expertise (Mandatory)

• 8–12+ years experience in SAP functional consulting or solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience in: O2C, S2P, Pricing, delivery, billing
• Experience designing SAP process enhancements or automation.
• Ability to understand SAP customizing and process configuration.

     3. SAP BTP & Technical Architecture

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP BTP.
• Experience with: SAP Integration Suite, SAP AI Core, HANA Cloud
• Experience building enterprise-grade cloud-native applications.
• Experience in hybrid/multi-cloud SAP environments.

     4. Business & Industry Context

• Experience in Automotive / Mobility Aftermarket / Trading industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP-driven commercial operations.
• Ability to connect automation initiatives to measurable business impact.
