Enterprise AI Architect Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
The role is focused on the optimal technology design of core Digital and AI solutions according to JTI's business requirements and ensuring optimal positioning of related Data. AI and Marketing & Sales (M&S) solutions. This position is responsible for developing the 3+ year architecture roadmaps for JTI, ensuring its long-term operational efficiency and sustainability.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
Strategic Architecture Planning for JTI platform solutions:
- Develop and maintain JTI technology/solution architecture roadmap considering industry trends, business requirements, strategic portfolio of upcoming initiatives and technology roadmaps
- Establish strong working relationship with IT Teams, whose technologies are used in JTI application landscape
- Leverage the relationship to ensure strong support for JTI and influence vendors' product development and direction
- Ensure that AI solution architecture is aligned with the principles and directions established by the enterprise architecture
Solution architecture services for projects:
- Participate as advisor and support the projects to ensure that technology selection is aligned with the standards
- Provide balanced architecture evaluation considering project delivery constraints and the sustainability of the solution for the business
- Approve non-standard or pilot technology use in specific projects
- Propose innovative solutions to address digital sales opportunities, leveraging existing or new solutions
- Provide proactive feedback to BTS process team leads, project sponsors and top management.
Define and maintain architecture standards for platforms
- Establish and maintain consistent architecture standards for JTI Platforms
- Architecture standards should consider solution platform, integration, UX and BI requirements, security and data management
- Standards should be created in alignment with JTI IT standards, vendor and technology constraints, business requirements, development and operations processes
- Promote, communicate architecture standards on a regular basis
- Work with BTS, Development Teams and Data & Analytics to ensure compliance to standards
- Propose potential optimizations to simplify architecture
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
Education: University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or relevant experience
Work experience: working experience on the following new technology trends:
- 5+ years of Architecture and IT/Business process management experience
- 5+ years of experience and demonstrable knowledge of ML and AI including industrialization and governance
- 5+ years of experience in solution design for enterprise platforms
- 3+ years of experience in cloud and digital technologies (e.g. Azure, Databricks Magento)
- Experience in Solution Architecture tasks and methods, good understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts and standards
- ArchiMate knowledge is a plus
Language: English professional proficiency (spoken and written)
