Job Description:

We are looking for a Blockchain Engineer with expertise in Cosmos SDK-based chains to join our team. In this role, you will work on building bridges and infrastructure that enables seamless cross-chain communication. You will collaborate closely with developers working on EVM and non-EVM chains to ensure smooth interactions across different blockchain ecosystems. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge DeFi protocol while working in a highly decentralized and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Bridge Development: Design, implement, and optimize secure and scalable cross-chain bridges using the Cosmos SDK, enabling seamless interaction between EVM and non-EVM chains.
Protocol Integration: Collaborate on integrating various blockchain protocols with the Enso Finance platform, focusing on interoperability between different chains and ensuring smooth DeFi operations.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with a globally distributed team of engineers, researchers, and protocol designers. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers when necessary.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of the bridges and blockchain interactions, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and secure data transfer.
Security & Auditing: Conduct code reviews, security audits, and implement best practices for blockchain security to safeguard the protocol from vulnerabilities.
