What You’ll Be Doing…

As an AI Full-Stack Developer, your primary responsibility will be to act as an architect for our next generation of intelligent tools.

• You will bridge the gap between complex data and user-friendly interfaces, reviewing existing manual workflows and identifying opportunities to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive AI.
• You will perform deep-dive analysis into our data architecture to evaluate the performance of current applications and determine where AI can drive the most business impact.

What We’re Looking For:

You possess an “AI-first mindset”—the innate ability to look at a standard software process and visualize how machine learning or automation can make it smarter. You are a detail-oriented builder who enjoys the "full-stack" journey, from optimizing a database query to refining a front-end user experience. You thrive in a role that requires both independent technical investigation and collaborative synchronization with a global team of engineers.

You’ll Need to Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience in software development.
• Strong Python expertise, specifically in building production-grade applications and interacting with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Vertex AI, or Hugging Face).
• Full-Stack proficiency, including experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, or Flask) and core front-end technologies (vanilla JavaScript, HTML and CSS).
• Solid Database foundations, with the ability to design schemas and write efficient queries in SQL (Oracle/MySQL) or NoSQL environments.
• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS) for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.

Even Better if You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus) for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
• Cloud Infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure), particularly around deploying containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
• The ability to interpret complex data trends and translate them into actionable AI features that solve real-world user pain points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay in sync with a distributed team across different time zones.
