Engineering Manager

How you'll make an impact: As Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop our engineering and QA teams for our Omni product, ensuring high-quality technical delivery, strong engineering practices, and cohesive team performance. You will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and strategic leadership to help teams deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software. Working in close partnership with the CTO, Engineering Operations Manager, and Product Leadership, you will shape the engineering culture, champion technical excellence, and ensure the engineering organization operates predictably, efficiently, and aligned to business outcomes. You are accountable for team health, technical direction, delivery quality, and engineering execution.
