- Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Drive both pre-sales and delivery activities, including solution design, client presentations, and project execution
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to shape AI opportunities and develop technical proposals
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and client satisfaction
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Define and enforce best practices in AI engineering, MLOps, and system architecture
- Provide hands-on technical guidance when needed, especially in complex solutioning scenarios
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication

Collaborate with global teams to align on strategy and execution

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong exposure to AI/ML
- Proven experience as a people manager (team leadership, hiring, performance management)
- Demonstrated experience in both pre-sales and delivery roles
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies (e.g., NLP, LLMs, data platforms)
- Experience designing and delivering scalable, production-grade systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Ability to operate effectively in client-facing, fast-paced environments
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or SI environments
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Kubernetes
- Experience supporting enterprise-level AI transformations or large-scale deployments
- Familiarity with GenAI / LLM-based applications and architectures
- Experience working in global or cross-regional teams
