Job Summary: Identifies, advocates for, and advises on energy efficiency improvements in single and multifamily buildings with ability to transfer that knowledge to commercial and industrial facilities. Quantifies greenhouse gas (GHG) impacts and savings potential, as well as developing innovative approaches for measuring and reducing GHG impacts. Participates in the delivery of cost-effective market-based services across multiple sectors while contributing to a mission-driven, creative, enjoyable, and stimulating work environment.    This is a customer- and contractor-centric role. Preference given to candidates with experience advising residential single and multifamily property owners, operators, and contractors on best practices, energy code requirements, decision-making that preserves affordability and durability, and energy efficiency and carbon implications of building systems for new construction and existing buildings.   Location: This is hybrid position, and the ideal candidate will be located in: Winooski, Vermont.
