- Architect and validate mechatronic subsystems for Robotics SoCs. - Design and tune Kalman-based estimators and MPC/VLA/RL controllers. - Develop embedded software for sensors, actuators, and communication stacks including EtherCAT. - Ensure system reliability, fault recovery, and telemetry integration. - Produce CAD models for mechanisms and fixtures. - CAD tools (2D/3D). - Extended use of computers, lab instruments, and test setups (>6 hours/day). - Frequent collaboration with internal and external partners. 1. Control systems engineering (MPC, VLA, RL). 2. Sensor fusion using Kalman filtering. 3. Embedded C/C++ for real-time control and sensing. 4. Mechatronic integration and CAD modeling. 5. Communications: I2C, I3C, SPI, USB, UART/RS-485, CAN-FD, EtherCAT, TCP/IP. Technologies Required - C/C++, Python, multithreading. - Embedded Linux, RTOS, bare-metal. - Kalman filtering, MPC toolchains. - Actuator control: BLDC/servo/stepper. - Connectivity: I2C/I3C/SPI, USB, UART, CAN-FD, Ethernet, EtherCAT Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
