The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- 新製品の導入に関わるプロセスの構築
- 既存製品製造工程に関わる生産性、収率などの改善活動
- 既存製品の製造工程の維持管理
- 新製品の導入、工程の改善に関連する設備投資計画
- 製造拠点ですので、製造に関わる原材料のサプライヤーや、出荷を行う物流担当者と連携して日々の出荷のサポートを行うことはもちろん、新製品の開
- 発に際しては相模原にいる技術担当者と連携してプロセスを構築するなど、社内の多くの部門と連携、コミュニケーションを取っていただき、担当する
- 製品を世界に出していくことになります。
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- 4年生大学以上で機械系、または化学系の専攻
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- マイクロソフトのExcel、Word、PowerPointなどの操作
＊PowerBI、PowerApps等が扱えるとなお好ましいですが、必須ではありません。
- 普通自動車免許
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- 英語コミュニケーション能力
ネイティブに話せなくてもOKですが、英語でのコミュニケーションに対して拒絶反応が無いこと。
海外ビジター等とのコミュニケーションを繰り返すことで、英会話スキルは向上していきます。
- プロセスエンジニア経験
- 機械、化学についての知識
- DXについての知識
Work location: Sagamihara, Kanagawa or Higashine, Yamagata

· Hybrid (Onsite and Remote): Eligible
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic
