About the role 

This position is for a staff Production and Technical Service technician who is under moderate supervision. Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and issues, determining technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommending actions to customers, customer service representatives, sales representatives or field staff for coordinated product solution. Assists in orienting, training, and assigning work of technical/business support employees. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a team of small group of engineers handling remote commissioning projects. 

• Ensure achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, and daily deliverables. 

• Track SLA performance, identify breaches, and implement corrective/preventive action plans. 

• Delegate tasks, set project deadlines, and monitor progress. 

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions. 

• Ensure adequate headcount planning and leave tracking for operational continuity. 

• Foster a professional, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment. 

• Utilize AI-driven tools and data analytics to derive operational insights. 

• Prepare accurate and timely reports and performance metrics. 

• Perform detailed escalation and trend analysis. 

• Drive process optimization initiatives and standardize best practices. 

Basic Qualifications & Experience 

• 3 – 5 years’ experience. 

• Having good understanding of BMS and commissioning experience. 

• Familiarity with webcontrol, Niagra, etc. 

• Team handling experience is required. 

• Experienced in guiding team and conduct regular technical and process training sessions for team development. 

• Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan your work schedule. 

• B.E in related discipline, preferably Electronics/Instrumentation & control /Electrical/ Mechatronics etc. 

• Solid communication skills (ability to follow/direct written and verbal instruction) 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas). 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. 

• Willing to work in a Hybrid model with rotational week off and night shifts.
