Engineer
- Design rail bridges, viaducts, and structures according to international codes of practice.
- Prepare reports and calculations aligned with AREMA, AASTHO, and EURO codes.
- Plan and deliver bridge surveys and inspections, recording relevant information.
- Perform bridge assessment calculations and reporting.
- Manage project delivery and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify scope change items and manage work estimates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in software such as Sofistik, Midas, Oasys, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary design team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor others.
- Experience working on big multi-disciplinary projects using BIM.
- Knowledge of working on multi-disciplinary projects on BIM.
- Ensure compliance with Systra Group policies, particularly regarding ethics, safety, and adherence to Company ISO Standards.
