This is a unique opportunity to shape how we show up as an employer, helping position us as a destination for talent in Birmingham and beyond.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and People Experience, playing a key role in how we attract, engage and retain the talent that powers our next phase of growth.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Birmingham HQ, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office 2-3 times per week.
What You Will Do
Build a talent community not just a pipeline
Create meaningful connections with talent through events, meetups and partnerships
Engage with universities, local networks and communities
Build and nurture talent communities aligned to key hiring areas
Shape our employer brand
Design and deliver employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns
Create compelling content that brings our culture and people to life
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support priority hiring and improve attraction and conversion
Create standout employee experiences
Support onboarding and early employee experience through cohort based approaches
Deliver engaging internal events and moments that matter
Build relationships with culture champions and inclusion networks
Tell stories that matter
Surface authentic employee stories and turn them into engaging content
Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve
What You Will Have
Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing and community building
A track record of delivering campaigns, events or content that drive engagement
The ability to operate both strategically and hands on
Strong stakeholder management skills across People, Talent and leadership teams
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and optimise performance
Energy, creativity and a passion for building meaningful experiences and communities
