EMEA SAP Functional Support Consultant -MM / P2P (S/4HANA -UK Shift)
Colliers EMEA is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud P2P Functional Consultant to support and enhance its SAP Finance platform across the EMEA region. This role focuses on Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and plays a critical part in SAP transformation, BAU support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The consultant will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT stakeholders, acting as a functional coowner for enhancements and governancedriven initiatives while ensuring system stability, compliance, and automation aligned with SAP best practices.
Working Hours :UK Shift
- Aligned to UK business hours / EMEA time zone
- Approximate timing: 12.00 PM to 09.00 PM IST/ 01.00 pm to 10.00 PM IST
- Flexibility required during key stakeholder engagements and project phases
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
- Engage with EMEA Finance and Procurement stakeholders (Finance leadership, Procurement leads, incountry teams) to support daily operations and future enhancements.
- Act as a functional coowner for project proposals through the IS Governance process.
- Work closely with SAP Programme teams and implementation partners during new country rollouts and business onboarding.
- Communicate progress, risks, challenges, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for transition into live service, including localizations and configurations.
SAP Functional Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide BAU functional support for endtoend ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Act as the primary functional point of contact for Procurement and Accounts Payable teams.
- Support and optimize:
- SAP Materials Management (MM)
- SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM)
- Integration with FI / CO
- Resolve production incidents, perform rootcause analysis, and ensure platform stability.
- Monitor integrations and drive optimal usage of standard SAP cloud capabilities.
Process, Testing & Enablement
- Assist business users with SAP functionality and conduct business process reviews.
- Capture, document, and deliver functional and business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and fittostandard sessions.
- Develop and execute test scripts (Unit, Integration, UAT).
- Create training materials, user guides, and knowledge articles.
- Provide adhoc training and consulting to Finance and Procurement SMEs and super users.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- Handson experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Strong functional knowledge of ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes
- Expertise in:
- SAP MM
- PRs, POs, GRs
- Invoice Management
- Accounts Payable integration
- Experience in SAP BAU / Production Support or implementation roles
- Working knowledge of Agile / SDLC and tools like JIRA
- Experience with IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of overall SAP functional experience
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
- SAP certifications (MM, FI, AP) – desirable
- ITIL certification – desirable
