We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to build and enhance external campaigns to drive revenue, identify qualified sales and marketing leads through nurturing contacts and augmenting the company's databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools, and excellent analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication and other related degrees preferred
• 4+ years experience in email marketing promotion
• 4+ years experience in email content generation
• 2+ years experience in email automation
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization
• Excellent analytical skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable results
