ELI - Requirements Analysis - Technology, Innovation & Concepts Specialist
Job Description:
The new resource will start working within RA (ref. LH-ON.184.24) for Technology Innovation & Concepts on future rotorcraft development programs and projects. She/He will support the following activities:
• Definition/Analysis/Management of high level requirements for future rotorcraft development program and projects on the basis of customer Concept of Operation;
• Analysis/Definition of the mission profile for detailed mission performance analyses (focused on platform performances) to define and shape strategic technical solutions;
• Analysis of technical requirements, definition of aircraft systems and configuration for identification of new solution, concepts for future development projects;
• Creation and discussion of technical documentation (document, slides,...) necessary to support requirements definition and management for future development projects;
• Represent and co-ordinate Engineering technical support to requirements definition/management within national and international projects;
• Management and Co-ordination of RFI/RFP technical proposals for future LHD, National and International development projects with special focus on requirements;
• Co-ordinate the inputs from the engineering organization Technical Team Leads (TTLs) and Chief Project Engineers (CPEs) in support of required technical Input to bids and proposals related to new concepts;
• Identification of key risks and dependencies for RFI/RFP technical responses;
• Perform/Support the management of the requirements & configurations within the DOORS database.
• Perform/Support Requirements Functional Analysis with Model Based System Engineering Approach (CAMEO).
The Role requires:
• a minimum 5 years degree in Aeronautic or equivalent in a relevant technical subject or at least 4 years’ experience in a relevant aerospace role or background in the Aerospace domain;
• knowledge of Helicopter/Tiltrotor system and subsystems (nice to have);
• knowledge of MS Office, DOORS and/or MBSE (CAMEO) is a nice to have;
• interest in expanding knowledge on aircraft and its systems (depending on background)
• ability to interface and coordinate with specialists within Engineering Dept. and manage information from a broad team of engineers;
• propensity to work in cross-functional and cross-geographical team environments;
• propensity to manage big amounts and complex data, with good problem solving skills;
• good written and verbal communication skills (Italian and English);
• good interpersonal skills and pro-activity
