Electronic Shift Leader
Qualifications Technical degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering Experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT / PCB assembly) Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety rules Leadership and team management skills Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions during the shift Basic knowledge of production reporting systems (Excel, ERP/SAP) Responsibilities Supervise the production team during the shift Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery deadlines are met Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance if issues occur Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures Organize manpower and assign tasks to operators Report production results and issues to management
